Teaching Exploration and Analysis on Sinular Skills Between Volleyball and Long Jump

从相似技术间的共同要素:动作结构、技术特征、专项身体素质、心理过程等方面,对排球两步助跑双脚起跳扣球与跳远之间相似技术进行了理论分析,就两项技术非积极性迁移因素做了阐述,确认跳远对扣球的积极性迁移更明显。运用迁移规律,就两项技术的教学实践做了探讨。

This essay gives theorilical analysis on the similarity between the volleyball spike through two steps' run with both feet's jump-high and long jump from the parts; act construction, skill characteristics, body quality, psychological progress ect. Then it generalizes something on the migrating factors of two games. The result is that long jump has positive imfluence on the volleyball spike. At last, the author probes into two skills in the teaching practice by use of migration rule.
