教学方法的优劣直接影响教学任务的完成与否和教学质量的高低。将“学导式”教学法用于排球技战术教学中。通过实验证实了它的有效性和可行性。实验证明它能极大地诱导学生学习的积极性和主动性,明显优于传统教法。

Good or bad teaching methods influence directly the accomplishment of teaching task and the level of teaching quality. It is suggested in this article that 'learning and quiding method be used in the teachnical and tactical teaching of volleyball'. And its validity and feasibility is proved by experiment. It is proved that it can arouse students' enthusi-am and qo-aheadism of learning. This method excels those traditional teaching methods greatly.
