文章基于数据分析 ,对燃煤造成的煤烟型污染 ,从采取煤炭管制行动、节能降污对策、烟气净化措施、原煤替代方案、拆小建大集中供暖五个方面 。

The article is based on analysis of data on fuliginous pollution from coal burning.It determines the material targets and tasks in five aspects:operations on coal controlling,countermeasures for energy saving and pollution controlling,measures of smoke purifying,scheme of raw coal substitution,centralizing heating by pulling down the small boiler and building the large boiler.
