Trial discussion about ways of new type industrialization in domestic cement industry

全面具体地论述了我国水泥工业新型工业化的道路问题,认为最根本的就是可持续发展的清洁生产的道路。当今我国水泥工业所面对的主要是两方面的问题:一是如何正确认识与对待立窑水泥;二是如何引导大中型预分解窑水泥转向可持续发展清洁生产的轨道。对立窑水泥的指导方针应为:正确引导有条件的立窑企业向预分解窑转型;鼓励支持技改升级为先进立窑;坚决淘汰普通立窑和机立窑。实现5000t/d以上预分解窑的跨越式发展,按照清洁生产的五项基本原则及“三零一负”的目标,坚持可持续发展战略,健康地走上一条新型工业化的道路。

The author illustrates the way of new type industrialization to domestic cement industry in detail, and reveals that essential way of sustainable development consists in clean production. The main problems facing us are how to regard correctly the shaft kilns and how to guide precalcining production lines developing in a sustainable way with clean production. The guide policy to shaft kiln including three parts: transforming shaft kiln enterprises with suitable conditions into precalcining production line; encouraging and supporting them technically into advanced shaft kilns by means of innovation; and eliminate firmly the ordinary shaft kiln and mechanical shaft kiln. Realizing precalcining lines above 5000t/d with leaps and bounds, and according to five basic principles of clean production together with the goal of 'three zeros and one utilization', we can insist on the sustainable developing strategy and go on a healthy way of new type industrialization.
