Nanocrystallined materials are prepared by MOCVD. Determination of the structure of nanostruc-tured solid with modern advanced analytical technologies and exploration to its properties are one of the most important research subjects now. The current status and future direction of application of MOCVD in nano and other areas are reviewed.
