对软式排球与室内排球差异的研究

The Experimental Study on the Differences Between the Flexible Volleyball and the Indoor Volleyball

软式排球作为一项新兴的体育运动已步入我国,因软式排球具有球体软、速度慢、气压小等特点,健身性、趣味性极强,易于推广。通过教学实验,对软式排球自身的内在规律以及与室内排球之间的差异进行比较,旨在使软式排球得以广泛深入开展。认为软式排球的开展比室内排球的开展更具有优势。

As burgeoning sports the flexible volleyball Ires been carried out in China for a period of time. The flexible volleyball has soft body,low speed,low pressure as well as its healthy and interesting,so we popularized it easily. Based on the experimental pedagogy,this paper discussed the inherent law of the flexible volleyball,furthermore, contrasted the flexible volleyball with the indoor volleyball at the same time. As the conclusion, the author considers that the popularization of flexible volleyball is superior to indoor volleyball in the future.
