摘要 提出一种精确匹配的定制型医学内植物设计与制造方法。采用基于目标组织特性的图象分割方法将目标组织从三维数据场中分割出来,应用等值面提取获得目标组织的三角面网格模型,进行碎片清除和网格剖切后,得到内植物的面模型。将面模型直接输入CAM软件系统,生成加工指令,进行数控加工,完成内植物制造过程。 An exact fit customized medical implant design and manufacturing method is proposed.Object tissue triangular mesh model is reconstructed through tissue property based image segmentation and isosurface extraction algorithm.After mesh defragmentation and cutting,implant mesh model is formed and directly output to standard CAM software.The medical implant is finally manufactured numerically with the codes generated by the CAM software.
