用激光干涉法测双金属热浸镀界面裂尖位移场(英文)

摘要 利用云纹干涉法对双金属热浸镀ZAS35 /碳钢界面裂尖位移场进行了研究 ,利用数字图像处理系统 ,采集到了在常温三点弯曲载荷作用下的云纹干涉场。结果表明 ,条纹清晰稳定 ,裂尖处的位移分布不对称 ,这与介面处不同的相位分布引起的力学性能不同的结果相吻合。 The displacement near the tip of crack in the interface of bimetal hot-dip was measured by the moire interferometry. The moire interference displacement fields under the three-point bending load action at the normal temperature were collected with the digital image processing system. The experimental results indicate that the fringe in focus is clear and steady and the distribution of displacement is not symmetrical in the tip of crack. The results are consistent with the different mechanical properties at different phases distributed on the interface of bimetal hot-dip.
