结合西部大开发的形势,提出高校要加强对实验室地位和作用的认识。介绍了提高实验教学质量,加强实验室建设,深化教学改革,开展创新教育的一系列措施。

Combined with the situation of the development of the western region, this article put forward that universities should enhance the understanding for laboratories' status and function. It introduced a series of measures how to raise the laboratory teaching quality, to strengthen the laboratory construction, to deepen the teaching reform and to promote the innovation education.
