摘要
知识经济时代需要的是具有创新思想和实践能力的人才。高等学校在制定教学计划时,应充分认识到实践教学对学生创新思想和实践能力培养的不可替代的作用。"实践教学一条线"的思想,即根据专业人才的培养目标,将其对学生创新思想和实践能力培养的整体目标分解成各个子目标,并分解到实验、实习、课程设计、毕业设计等各实践教学环节中去,最后固化到实践教学计划和实践教学大纲中,通过各子目标的实现来保证整体目标的实现,从而达到培养大学生实践能力的目的。
It needs more and more professional with ITPC (innovation thinking and practice compe tence ) in the knowledge ecnomy era. The thinking of considering practice teaching (PT) as a whole, that is, first, decomposing the whole goal into many subgoals; and then assi gning them to all PT courses, such as experiment, exercitation, course design, graduating design; in the end, embodying them in the PT program and education program. The whole goal of cultivating students' practice competence can be realized depending on the rea lization of all subgoals.
