薄壁管冷弯成型中芯棒的结构分析及设计

The structure analyse and design of mandril in the thin-wall tube's cool-bending

通过对薄壁管有芯冷弯成型工艺的试验研究 ,提出一种对称式球窝芯棒结构。该芯棒不仅结构简单 ,易于制造 ,成本低廉 ,寿命长 ,而且使薄壁管 (壁厚≤ 1.2mm)能在小弯曲半径 (R/D =1.1)下良好弯曲。

Brings forward a kind of mandril with symmetric ball socket structure in the thin wall tube's cool bending.This kind of mandril not only are of simple scientific structure,long life but also can be produced facility and cheaply.Using this kind of mandril,the thin wall(the thickness of the wall<1.2mm)tubes can be well bended at small radius size(R/D<1.1).
