混粉电火花技术在粗加工中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 在对混粉电火花加工机理进行系统研究的基础上 ,对混粉电火花在粗加工中的加工效率和加工表面粗糙度进行实验研究。结果表明 ,通过合理选择放电参数 ,混粉电火花在相近加工表面粗糙度下 ,能够显著提高加工效率 。 PMD EDM is different from common EDM in machine mechanism It can improve the machine surface roughness and has been used in fine machining.But used in rough machining for this technique is rarely researched.In this paper,based on the study of machine mechanism of PMD EDM,its rough machine efficiency and rough machine surface roughness are experimentally researched.The result shows that by using suitable machining parameters,the PMD EDM can clearly enhance the machine efficiency at the same machine surface roughness condition.So it is possible for PMD EDM technique used in rough machining.
