依据暗示教育的有关理论,结合体育教学的特点,对暗示的作用、运用时机、运用的途径与方法等方面进行了阐述,指出了应用暗示法应注意的几个问题。

On the basis of the theory of suggestion education and the feature of physical education, the paper probes into the function, the opportunity of application and the way of application, point out the people about suggestion using which should be noted.
