摘要
对上海体育学院24名跆拳道运动员踝关节的损伤情况进行调查与分析,找出原因,提出建议。结果显示:24名运动员都有踝关节受伤史,而受伤部位最多的是外踝副韧带,其次是内踝副韧带和胫腓韧带联合。受伤最主要的原因是因为队员在训练或比赛之前准备活动不充分。受伤的队员主要集中在一级和无级别队员上。对此,提出以下建议:队员在思想上要重视准备活动。训练中教练员要严格遵守训练原则,根据运动员的年龄、性别、训练水平、健康状况等合理安排运动量。加强小肌肉群的练习,尤其是踝关节韧带的力量等。
Analyze and survey 24 Taekwondo athletes?anklebone scathing in Shanghai physical education institute. Then founded: 24 athletes have had injured on anklebone, but the most injure part is subsidiary ligament of outsides ankle, the next place is subsidiary ligament of insides ankle and combine ligament of shank calf the primary cause of injure is warming-up not fill before training or completes; the most injured athletes is stair and no level athletes. So put forward some advice: instruct the athletes attach importance to warming-up inwardly, strict abide by the training rule, arrange the capacity of training with reason basis on athletes?ages、 sex、training level and health, enhance training little flesh group, especially the power of ligament ankle bone.
