摘要
大学生患心理疾病的人数呈逐年上升趋势,它严重困扰着大学生的健康成长。目前,对心理疾病的治疗已引起人们的重视,但有意识地利用体育锻炼的手段进行调节、治疗心理疾病的人数不多。本文分析了体育锻炼对心理健康的影响,以及用体育锻炼调节治疗心理疾病的优势,并根据各种心理疾病的类型和运动项目的特点制定了常见心理疾病的运动处方。该处方能有效的消耗或缓解患者积聚的大量心理能量,并打乱患者已形成的病态心理秩序,最终使患者达到身心健康。
The number of college students suffering from psychological disease is on the rise. The diseases seriously puzzled college students. The treatment of their psychological diseases has been paid attention. But only few people consciously use physical exercises to adjust and cure the disease. In this article, the influence of physical exercises in adjustment and treatment on psychological disease was also evaluated, and then the sport prescriptions were made out according to the types of psychological disease and characterization of sports items. The prescriptions were effective in consuming or delaying the large psychological energy in patients, as well as adjust the formed abnormal psychological order to achieve invigoration for victims.
