摘要
将大学生对身体素质的认知状况进行量化处理,并结合锻炼现状进行对应分析,结果如下:大学生对身体素质的认知表现良好,然而认知水平并没有对其锻炼行为产生相应的影响,存在着“知”而不“行”的现象,这与体育教学中知识理论和实践脱节有关,为此,针对性地提出了教学中应该采取的措施和建议。
This research analyzed the relationship between the college students?cognition on bodily quality to their physical exercise?behavior, the result showed that the cognition seemed good, but they had no obvious influence on their behavior, this phenomenon caused by the disintegration theory with practice. For this, some advice were put forward in physical education.
