摘要
第三方物流(TPL)以第三方的专业优势向物流需求企业提供个性化的服务,提高了交易效率,降低了费用成本。通过对第三方物流内涵、功能与效率的分析,认为TPL提高效益的根源在于其分工的实现和专业化的运作。
Third Party's Logistics makes use of third party's special advantages to supply personal services for the enterprises,which demands logistics.So it can improve the exchanging efficiency and lower the costs of production.The article analyzes Third Party's Logistics' conception,function and efficiency and thinks that the source of improving efficieney lies in the division becoming reality and special operation of Third Party's Logistics.
