介绍了柳钢焦化厂2座43-80型焦炉风机高压变频改造后,焦炉集气管压力控制效果,并与改造前全由蝶阀控制的焦炉集气管压力进行比较,分析各自优缺点。同时对风机高压变频 PID 控制方案进行分析和介绍调试过程中的几点经验。
Introduces the control effects of gas collector pressure of two 43-80-Type coke oven after reforming the high-pressure variable-frequency blower,the comparison from the former gas collector pres- sure controlled by butterfly valve,and the analysis of each advantages and disadvantages.Further more,an- alyzes the PID control scheme of the high-pressure variable-frequency blower,and introduces some experi- ences of commissioning.
