摘要
本文主要研究了用臭氧处理海水在经过连续充气暴气 12 h、2 4 h、不经充气暴气的处理水及没经臭氧处理的正常海水 ,进行太平洋牡蛎受精卵的孵化和幼虫培育实验 ,结果表明 :受精卵在经过 2 4 h暴气的处理 ,水孵化率最高为 94 % ,其次为没经过处理的正常海水为 81% ,暴气 12 h为 19% ,没经过暴气为 0 ;幼虫培养在没经过处理的正常海水中生长最快 ,成活率为85 % ,其次为经 2 4 h暴气的处理水 ,成活率为 80 % ,暴气 12 h为 2 3% ,没经过暴气为 0 ,从而为臭氧处理海水在贝类育苗上的应用提供一定的指导。
A experiment that hatching zygote of Pacific oyster and breeding larvae with ozonated sea water and non-ozonated sea water was designed in this paper. The ozonated sea water was charging for 0 hour, 12 hours and 24 hours. The results are as follows: the hatching rate of zygotes in the ozonated sea water charged for 24 hours was 94%,which was the highest, secondly the rate in the non-ozonated sea water was 81%, the rate was 19% in the ozonated sea water charged for 12 hours, and 0% in the non-charged sea water. The growth rate of larvae in the non-ozonated sea water was the highest, 85%, secondly the growth rate in the ozonated sea water charged for 24 hours was 80%, and 23% in the ozonated sea water charged for 12 hours, and 0% in the non-charged sea water. Consequently the results offered guidance to the application of ozonated sea water in shellfish seeding.
