摘要 通过研究与反浮选铁精矿矿浆组成相似的低浓度淀粉乳的酸解条件及影响因素 ,将反浮选铁精矿矿浆酸化至pH =6~ 8(酸化时间不少于 4 5s) ,温度升高到 35℃左右 ,可以显著降低淀粉乳的粘度 ,提高过滤效率 ,降低滤饼水分。酸的种类及其它添加剂对酸解影响不大。淀粉乳酸化产物的红外光谱分析表明 。 The acid degradation conditions and influential factors of low concentration starch emusion that had similar composition with that of the iron concentrate pulp in reverse flotation were studied. When the iron concentrate pulp in reverse flotation was acidified to a pH value of 6~ 8 in an acidification time of not less than 45s, the temperature rose to about 35 ℃, which could evidently reduce the viscosity of starch emulsion, raise the filtering speed and decrease the moisture of the filter cake. Acid type and other additives had litle effect on the acid degradation. The infrared spectrom analysis of the acidification product of starch emulsion showed that it was mainly starch with small degree of polymerization.
