摘要
通过分析棱体成形车刀与工件模型的几何关系 ,提出了利用三维建模将刀具廓形的复杂计算转变为直接通过截面获得的方法 ,根据数据判断程序建立工件廓形控制矩形和控制点 ,使成形车刀设计过程不再依赖于具体的工件廓形 。
By analyzing the geometrical relationship of the prismatic form turning tool and the work piece model, a new and single method of designing tool profile is proposed based on 3D model. By constructing a parametric assistant rectangle and 4 key points to control work piece profile, the design procedure is independent of the actual work profile. The general parameterizing design and manufacture of prismatic form turning tool can be realized accurately.
