摘要
根据共焦显微术原理提出一种新型轴向扫描方式 ,在此基础上设计了一套可自动调节光强的焦点扫描激光共焦测量装置 。
A new scanning method based on the theory of confocal microscopy is introduced. A point scanning laser confocal device, which can automatically adjust the light strength, is designed, and its feasibility is proved by experiments.
