摘要
提出了基于微机时钟脉冲的四种新型硬件细分原理 ,给出了用于机床传动链误差实时测量与补偿时的调制型传感器信号处理的相应硬件细分实现方案 ,可使测量分辨率较直接细分法提高 2~ 3个数量级 。
Four new subdivision principles based on computer clock pulse are presented, and their corresponding hardware block diagrams realizing real time measurement are also given out, which are mainly used for the processing of phase or frequency modulate typed sensor signal in gear transmission error measurement of machine tool. By means of the new technology, the resolution for measurement can be improved 2~3 orders. The characteristics and respective application situations of the four new methods are further analyzed.
