摘要
讨论了开发高精度跳动误差检测仪的必要性 ,通过介绍跳动误差检测原理、检测电路框图及主要器件的选择 ,提出了跳动误差的数据处理模型及跳动误差检测仪的基本结构。
The necessity of developing high precision measuring instrument for run out error is discussed. The principle of measuring run out error and the measuring circuit diagram of the instrument and its main elements are introduced.The model of processing run out error data and the base structure of the instrument are researched.
