摘要
法律的终极目标在于维护和促进正义。良知是衡量正义的尺度。良知是道德的基础并可以通过道德被塑造。良知对法治建设具有重要意义。
The ultimate objective of law is conscience. Conscience is the criterion of justice. Conscience is the elements of morality and it can be molded by the morality. Conscience plays an important role in the law construction, and morality construction can speed up the rule by law by enhancing conscience.
