摘要
采用5-Br-PADAP光度法测定酸性镀金液中的微量钴,优选出最佳测量波长。研究了酸度、乙醇浓度、EDTA和显色剂浓度以及各种干扰离子对测定的影响,钴含量介于0-12 μg/25 mL范围内,遵守比尔定律。
Micro cobalt in acidic gold plating bath was determined by spectrophotornetric method using 2-(5-bro-mo-2-pyridylazo)-5-diethylaminophenol (5-Br-PADAP) as chromogenic agent, and optimal measuring wavelength was selected. The effects of acidity, concentration of ethanol, EDTA and chromogenic agent, and various interfering ions were studied. The relationship bervveen absorbance and cobalt content followed Beer's law provided that cobalt content was among 0 and 12 μg/25 mL.
