摘要
研制了一种新型催化剂,各项物理性能指标表明该催化剂适用于乙烯法醋酸乙烯酯合成反应。催化剂性能评价结果显示,在反应空速达到3000～3500h^(-1)时,该催化剂活性比目前工艺条件下的CTV-Ⅳ型催化剂高58％以上,反应选择性维持在94％以上,达到工业化应用的要求。
A new catalyst was developed. Its physical indexes indicated it was suitable for vinyl acetate synthesizing reaction by ethylene method. Performance test of the catalyst showed that its activity was over 58% higher than CTV - IV catalyst in the current process condition when GHSV reached 3000 - 3500 h - 1 , and the reaction selectivity maintained over 94% , which could meet the demand of commercial application.
