介绍了在环氧乙烷/乙二醇装置增量改造中对质谱仪系统及控制方法的改进,以及预处理系统中快速回路部分、流路切换部分的设计。
This paper introduces the improvement of mass spectrometer system and its controlling methods in incremental modification of EO/EG units, and the design and application of rapid circuit part and flow circuit switching part in pretreatment.
