摘要
目前,我国聚乙二醇二甲醚类溶剂NHD的生产厂家约有7家,分别是鲁南化学工业集团,生产能力2000t/a;江苏宜兴天音化工股份有限公司,生产能力2000t/a;江苏清江石油化工厂,生产能力1000t/a;安徽绩溪天池化工厂,生产能力1000t/a;河北唐山朝阳化工总厂,生产能力500t/a;河北藁城溶剂厂,生产能力300t/a;黑龙江齐齐哈尔黑龙精细化工厂,生产能力300t/a。除自用以外,NHD的市场供应量为4000t/a左右,而需求量不超过2300t/a。在NHD的新领域用途开拓出来以前,新建和扩建生产装置必须谨慎。
Solvent NHD, analogue of polyethylene glycol dimethyl ether, is produced at present in China by mainly 7 producers i. e. Lunan Chemical Industry ( Group) Company, Jiangsu Yixing Tianyin Chemical Co. , Ltd. , Jiangsu Qingjiang Petrochemical Works, Anhui Jixi Tianchi Chemical Plant, Hebei Tangshan Chaoyang Chemical Plant, Hebei Gaocheng Solvent Factory, Heilongjiang Qiqihar Heilong Fine Chemical Plant with the capacity of 2000t/a, 2000t/a, 1000t/a,1000t/a, 500t/a, 300t/a and 300t/a respectively. Except for the use by themselves, market supply of NHD is 4000 t/a, while the demand is not exceed 2300 t/a yet. It should be careful in setting up new units and expansion unless the new application field of NHD is exploited.
