摘要
采用目视剥落腐蚀敏感性试验考察了微量Sc对Al-Mg合金剥落腐蚀性能和力学性能的影响。不同Mg、Sc含量的Al-Mg合金的剥落腐蚀及力学性能测试表明,合金的剥落腐蚀性能与合金的Mg含量和热处理工艺有很大的关系,Mg含量低于5.5%时合金有很好的抗剥落腐蚀性能;随着Mg含量的增加,合金的强度上升,稳定化温度提高使合金的强度下降。冷加工使合金出现了(220),(311)织构。
The effect of trace Sc on the exfoliation corrosion of A1-Mg alloys was studied. The results showed that the exfoliation corrosion of alloy was depended on the content of Mg and heat treatment process. When Mg content was less than 5.5wt% Al-Mg-Sc alloy had excellent exfoliation corrosion resistance. The strength of Al-Mg-Sc increased with increasing of Mg content, but decreased with increasing of stabilizing temperature. Cold working made the testure of (220) and (311) appearing in the alloy.
