摘要
在不同施镀电压下制备了Co-W合金电刷镀层,利用X射线衍射仪分析了镀层的组织结构,测试了镀层的结合力、抗氧化性、热稳定性等性能。结果表明,Co-W合金电刷镀层经高温回火后由于Co3W的析出,使镀层硬度提高,刷镀层的抗氧化性、热稳定性等性能均优于3Cr2W8V钢,适合做热作模具的表面强化镀层。
The Co-W alloy coating was prepared by brush plating at different working voltage, and the microstruc-ture of coating was investigated by means of XRD as well as the bonding strength, oxidation resistance and thermal stability . Experimental results indicated that the microhardness of coating was increased evidently due to the precipitating of Co3W by high temperature tempering. The oxidation resistance and thermal stability of coating were superior to that of 3Cr2W8V steel so that the coating could be used as surface modification of hot working dies.
