摘要
以高校科技人才聚集 ,但资金积累少 ,经营经验欠缺 ,营销能力迟滞为起点 ,论述了科技成果转化为工业产品后 ,并不是商品 ,而是需要经过一系列程序 ,被社会认可 ,进入流通领域后 ,实现利润 ,方可成为名符其实的商品。在此过程中 ,高校发挥自己的优势 ,充分利用社会资源 ,并进行优化配置 ,是实现科技成果转化的有效措施之一。
Based on universities’assembled qualified technicians,lacking accumulation of funds,not enough management experience and backward sales ability,the authors discuss that when the achievements in scientific technology have been changed into indrstrial products,they aren’t commodities They need approving by society,go into circulation fields and prodcue profits At this time they can be called vertiable commodities In this process,universities should bring themselves into full play,make full use of the social resources and do some optimum configuration This is one of the effective measures that the achievements can be achieved
