On the Welfare Policies Related to the Aged Women in China , South Korea and Japan and their Life

摘要文章指出面对急速发展的老龄化进程 ,日本逐步形成了以社会养老为主的社会养老保障体系 ,但巨额的财政投入 ,使其在财政上遭到了挫败 ,陷入了进退两难的困境。中国和韩国 ,目前都实施以家庭养老为主 ,家庭养老与社会养老相结合的养老保障机制。 Facing the quickly growing aging group, Japan h as gradually formed a socially-sponsored old-age care system, but its great financ ial investment has frustrated its function and led to a dilemma. China and South Korea both have an old-age care system mainly supported by the family plus some social aid. However, this system cannot meet the needs of the growing aging gro up.
