摘要
制备了ZnO:Eu^(3+)的纳米颗粒,得到粒径在5nm左右的纳米晶。通过光谱分析研究了不同浓度的掺杂对ZnO发光性质的影响,Eu掺杂可以提高纳米ZnO的发光亮度及影响其粒径大小,并观察到了ZnO与Eu之间的能量传递。
Eu3+-doped zinc oxide nanocrystals were successfully prepared by between Zn-O-Eu precursors and LiOH in ethanol. Emission from both Eu3+ and surface state in ZnO matrix, as well as their correlation were observed. The luminescence mechanism is discussed. By analysing spectrum effect of Eu3+ -doped on luminescence of ZnO were studied, Eu3+-doped can enhance luminescence brightness of ZnO and effect magnitude of ZnO particles.
