日本企业实施专利战略的成功经验是把研究开发、专利战略、生产经营当成一个不可分割的整体,文章介绍了湖南省企业的专利实施战略情况,提出了湖南省企业利用专利战略进行技术创新的思路。
The successful experience of Japanese enterprises' patent stra tegy is to consider research and development,patent strategy and productive runn ing as a indivisible combination. This paper introduced the situation of pate nt strategy carrying out by enterprises in Hunan and give out some new thinkings for Hunan enterprises to make technical innovation with it.
