目的 从尖吻蝮蛇蛇毒中纯化出精氨酸脂酶并进行性质研究。 方法 利用亲和层析、DEAE-Sepharose FF、Superdex 75柱对尖吻蝮蛇毒进行分离纯化。 结果 分离纯化出的 2个精氨酸脂酶活性组份分子量分别为 3 60 0 0、 3 0 0 0 0 ,它们的 HPLC纯度也都达到 97%以上。
