自发性高血压大鼠主动脉磷酸肌醇生成异常

摘要 采用~3H-肌醇参入方法测定易卒中型自发性高血压(SHR^(SP))大鼠与WKY大鼠离体主动脉磷酸肌醇(IPs)的蓄积。在基础状态及100μmol/L去甲肾上腺素(NE)刺激下,前者都显著高于后者,经不可逆性α_1B受体拮抗剂CEC预温育后再给予NE,在WKY大鼠主动脉IPs的蓄积与基础状态时无显著差别,在SHR_(SP)大鼠主动脉IPs的蓄积显著低于基础水平。 The accumulation of inositol phosphates ( IPs ) was measured by the method of 3H-inositol incorporation in aortae isolated from stroke prone spontaneously hypertensive ( SHRsp ) rats and WKY rats. In basal or under the stimulation of 100umol/L norepinephrine, the accumulations of IPs in aortae were higher in SP rats than in WKY rats. After preincuba tion of the preparations in irreversible a 1B receptor antagonist-CEC, norepi-nephrine caused no more accumulations of IPs in WKY rats and less accumulations of IPs in SP rats compared with the basal levels.
