本文介绍了硬件描述语言NCH的概貌和特点,并论述了相应的翻译器NITTR的实现过程和有关的优化策略。

NCH, the hardware description language and NITTR, the translator from NCH to gate-level description are briefly introduced in this paper. The optimizations used in NITTR are also discussed.
