摘要
大鼠一次经胃给予50mg/kg剂量的GMA(Glycidyl Methacrylate),两周后测定显示,其肝脏还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量显著降低,氧化型谷胱甘肽(GSSG)含量明显增加,总谷胱甘肽库(GSH+GSSG)和GSH/GSSG比值亦显著减小,实验还表明,上述改变可能与GMA对不同种类DNA的损伤和基因变异作用密切相关。
The new mutagen GMA ( glycidyl methacrylate ) was administrated to rats with single dose of 50mg/kg b.w.and the glutathione content, DNA repair synthesis were determined in two weeks. The results indicated that GMA strongly decreased GSH content,GSH/GSSG,total glutathione pool(i. e. GSH + GSSG ) and increased GSSG content. These changes might be closely related to DNA injury and gene mutation caused by GMA .
