摘要
当前,心脑血管血栓梗塞性疾病仍严重危害着人们的健康,而溶解血栓恢复血流通畅是最终根治此类疾病的有效办法之一。但出血是多数溶栓药的常见副作用,也是限制其广泛应用的主要障碍。为此,探索特异性溶栓法以减轻出血势在必行。
