摘要
过敏毒素C5a是补体活化过程中由补体成份5(C5)产生的一种生物活性肽;在体内外具有多种生物学功能。作为致痉挛原(spasmogen),大鼠C5a是迄今已知的活性最强的生物因子,本文报道从酵母多糖活化的大鼠血清中纯化C5a及C5a des Arg的三步层析法及对所获C5a生物化学性质初步鉴定的结果。
The anaphylatoxin C5a is a bioactive peptide generated from complement component 5 during complement activation.C5a displays a variety of biological activities in vivo and in vitro.As a spasmogen, rat C5a is the most potent biological factor known to man. This paper reports a three-step procedure by which C5a and C5a des Arg are purified from zymosan-activated rat serum and characterization of some biochemical properties of C5a.
