摘要
用荷瘤BALB/c小鼠为模型,研究了冬虫夏草多糖的抑瘤作用,对荷瘤宿主MΦ吞噬功能、外周血淋巴细胞酸性非特异酯酶阳性(ANAE^+)细胞及迟发性变态反应(DTH)的影响。结果表明,冬虫夏草多糖能抑制小鼠S180肿瘤生长,增加外周血ANAE^+细胞百分率,增强DTH及MΦ吞噬活性。
Effects of cordyceptic hydroearbonate on immune regulation and antitumor of tumor bearing mice were studied.The result showed that cordyceptic hydroearbonate could increase percentage of ANAE+ cell in PBL, strenth DTH reaction and pha-gocytic activity of M,and inhibit tu.nor growth in tumor bearing mice. Our data suggested that cordyceptic hydroearbonate may be used in thed immunotherapy of clinic tumors
