盐酸班布特罗口服液治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床观察

Clinical observation on the curative effect of bambuterol hydrochloride oral solution in treating children with cough variant asthma

目的 :探讨盐酸班布特罗 (帮备 )口服液治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效。方法 :对确诊为咳嗽变异性哮喘的 6 2例患儿随机分为 A、B两组。A组以口服帮备口服液治疗为主 ,B组以吸入布地奈德 (普米克 )气雾剂和硫酸特布他林 (喘康速 )气雾剂治疗为主 ,观察对比两组临床疗效和肺功能 (及治疗费用 )。结果 :A组与 B组临床疗效评价经秩和检验无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;PEFR预计值 A组与 B组无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;两组治疗 6个月的费用比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 0 0 1)。结论 :帮备口服液和吸入皮质激素治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘均有较好的近期疗效 ,均能达到长期临床控制和保护患儿的肺功能 ,帮备口服液治疗费用少于对照组 。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of bambuterol hydrochloride(Bambec) oral solution in treating children with cough variant asthma Methods:Sixty two children with confirmed cough variant asthma were randomly divided into two groups,group A treated chiefly with Bambec oral solution and group B treated chiefly with budesonide (pulmicort) aerosol plus terbutaline sulphate (Bricasol) aerosol via inhalation.The curative effects,patient's pulmonary function and therapeutic costs in the two groups were observed and compared Results:By rank test,comparison between group A and B showed that the difference of the curative effects was not significant (P>0 05).There was insignificant difference between the two groups with respect to the estimated values of PEFR (P>0 05),but there was significant difference with respect to the therapeutic costs in the 6 month period of treatment (P<0 0001) Conclusion:The short term curative effect of Bambec oral solution as well as that of corticosteroid aerosol is good in treating children's cough variant asthma.Long term control of the disease and protectin of patient's pulmonary function can be achieved with these two therapeutic approaches.Nevertheless,the therapeutic costs in the group treated with Bambec oral solution are cheaper as compared with those in the control group,and medication of Bambec oral solution is very convenient
