急性有机磷农药中毒心电图和心肌酶改变的临床观察与分析

The change of electrocardiogram and cardiae muscle enzyme in patients with acute organophosphorous inseeticides poisoning

目的 :探讨急性有机磷农药中毒对心肌的损害及其心电图改变和心肌酶异常与疾病和预后的关系。方法 :收集1992年 5月至 2 0 0 2年 5月因有机磷农药急性中毒 ,并进行常规心电图描记及心肌酶测定的 5 7例病人的临床资料 ,分成轻度中毒组 2 0例 ,中度中毒组 18例 ,重度中毒组 19例 (其中死亡 5例 )进行分析。结果 :急性有机磷中毒对心肌的毒害较明显 ,且病情越重 ,心电图和心肌酶的异常率越高。出现 Q- T间期延长并伴有恶性心律失常者和 (或 )心肌激酶 >110 0 u/L 者预后差。结论 :心电图和心肌酶学变化对于判断病情 ,估计预后 。

Objective:To discuss the cardiac muscle injury and the prognosis in patients with acute organophosphorous inseeticides poisoning by using electrocardiogram record and cardiac muscle enzyme detection Methods:From 1992 5 to 2002 5,57 patients with acute organophosphorous insecticides poisoning were studied.The change of eletrocardiogram and cardiac muscle enzyme were recorded.The patients were divided into mild (n=20),middle (n=18) and heavy (n=19) group by patient's condition Results:Organophosphorous insecticides was harmful to cardiac muscle.The change of eletrocardiogrm and cardiac muscle enzyme in heavy group is higher than that in middle group,middle group higher than mild group.The prognosis of the patients who have the Q T interval delay,malignancy arrhymia and/or CK>11000u/L was bad Conclusion:To record change of electrocardiogram and cardiac muscle enzyme is help to judge patient's condition,estimate the prognosis and guide the therapy
