臀肌筋膜挛缩症的手术治疗(附87例报告)

Surgical treatment of gluteal muscle contracture:Reportof 87 cases

目的 :探讨臀肌筋膜挛缩症的手术方法和疗效。方法 :手术治疗 87例臀肌筋膜挛缩症患者。术中探查臀肌挛缩情况 ,切断、松解挛缩带 ,或作臀中肌肌腱延长 ,术后放置硅胶管引流。结果 :87例患者随访 1～ 7年 ,平均 4年 ,优良率 10 0 % ,近远期疗效满意。结论 :该手术创伤小 ,术后功能较好 。

Objective:To investigate the surgical techniques and curative effect of gluteal muscle contracture Methods:87 patients were treated with operation.During operation,contracture of gluteal muscle was explored,then cutting and releasing the contracture,treat or extending the tendon of middle gluteal muscle Results:87 patients were followed up for 1~7 years,4years on average,and the excellent and good rate was 100%.The results were satisfactory Conclusion:The operation has the advantages of minitrauma and good function recovery,which is a satisfactory method to treat the gluteal muscle contracture
