Programs for Analyzing Data from Single Ion Channel Recording

This paper introduces the programs,which were named patch clamp analysis system version 1.0, designed in pur lab. The programs performed on the IBM-PC consist of the acquisition and automatic analysis of the data got from the patch clamp experiments.The designed principle and construction of the programs are briefly described in this paper. As interpreting the Importance of Computing analysis in the patch clamp experiments, the substantial benefit on the development of this project has also been discussed.
