先天性泪囊炎治疗方法及时机

The method and the timing of the treatment of congenital dacryocystitis

目的 探讨先天性泪囊炎的治疗方法及时机。 方法 对 32 6例 9d至 6岁先天性泪囊炎患儿 4 18只眼给予泪囊按摩、泪道加压冲洗及泪道探通术治疗。 结果 出生后 2～ 5个月就诊者占总就诊者的 74 .2 % ( 2 4 2 / 32 6 ) ;93.3% ( 30 4 / 32 6 )在出生后 3d至 1个月出现临床症状。泪囊按摩治愈占 6 .0 % ( 2 5 / 4 18) ,泪道冲洗治愈占 17.0 % ( 71/ 4 18) ,其中 32 2只眼通过泪道探通术治疗 ,治愈率为 95 .3% ( 30 7/ 32 2 ) ,2～ 6个月组治愈率为 98.9% ( 2 5 6 / 2 5 9) ,6～ 12个月治愈率为84 .4 % ( 38/ 4 5 ) ,2组比较 ,差异有显著性 ( χ2 =117.0 2 ,P<0 .0 5 ) ,并发症 2～ 6个月组最低 ,为0 .4 % ( 1/ 2 5 9) ,分别与 <2个月组 33.3% ( 1/ 3)、 6～ 12个月 2 .2 % ( 1/ 4 5 )、 >12个月 1.3%( 2 / 15 )比较 ,差异有显著性 ( P<0 .0 5 )。 结论 先天性泪囊炎的治疗方法主要是泪道探道术 ,探通术的适宜年龄在生后 2～

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of treatments for patients who suffer from congenital dacryocystitis. Methods Congenital dacryocystitis were treated with dacryocystitis massage,dacryosolen lavage and dacryorhinocystotomy.The cure rate was analysed. Results Three hundreds and twenty six patients and 418 eyes of congenital dacryocystitis were found.25 eyes(6 0 %)were cured by dacryocystitis massage.71 eyes(17 0 %) were cured by dacryosolen lavage.322 eyes were cured by dacryorhinocystotomy,the cure rate was 95 3 %. Conclusion Dacryorhinocystotomy was an effective and important method to treat congenital dacryocystitis.The age from 2 to 6 months old is the best time to treat the congenital dacryocystitis.
