玻璃池炉数学模拟原理及其应用(上)

摘要 通过对池炉内传热、传质、燃烧、流动等过程的微分方程的离散,利用代数方法将各微分方程转化为相应的易为计算机处理的差分方程,然后对众多差分方程组成的矩阵进行求解,从而获得所需要的池炉内的各种信息。主要介绍了池炉数学模拟的数学原理、进行模拟时所采取的主要步骤,并对数学模拟的功能及其实际应用进行了简要说明。证明了数学模拟能够对池炉内部情况进行较为全面、准确的描述。随着计算机、数学、玻璃基础研究、相关分析技术的发展,数学模拟的发展前景将越来越光明。 By scattering the differential equations of heat transfer, mass transfer, burning, flow etc. Using algebra method, the differential equations were translated to difference equations which is easy to deal with by computer. Varieties of information of the glasa meting furnace vvere obtained by solute a number of the matrix which is consist of a number of difference equations. The mathematical principles of the simulation main procedures in simulation process, the function and application of the mathematical simulation for a glass melting furnace were illustrated. It is proved that the meting process in a glass could be described by mathematical simulation thoroughly and correctly. With the development of the computer, mathematics, basie glass research and relating analysis technology the mathematical simulation methods would be widely used in the future.
