真实准确的语言是行政公文写作的基本要求,但客观事物的不确定性以及公务活动的动态性,使得公文中存在大 量的模糊语言。模糊语言在公文中的恰当应用,可使公文内容的表义比精确语言更能反映客观活动。

In official document, it is truth and accuracy that are the basic rules. But there ia a great number of blurred sentences in official document, because of the unatability of objective fact and the activity of official affairs. Meaning of official document will be more accurate by using blurred language than by accurate language.
