摘要
针对胜利油田孤岛西区复合驱油 (ASP)试验 ,配制模拟液 ,采用静态挂片失重法 ,研究了Q2 35钢在复合驱油剂模拟液中的腐蚀状况 ;用腐蚀电化学法研究了Q2 35钢在模拟液中的腐蚀行为 ,对其腐蚀机理进行了初步探讨 ;用微观测试技术对Q2 35钢在模拟液中腐蚀后的金属表面作定量元素分析 ,确定了腐蚀产物的相组成。试验结果表明 ,复合驱油剂配方 (HPAM、Na2 CO3、BES、PS)中 ,各单剂组分在试验研究条件下对Q2 35钢的腐蚀有一定的抑制作用 ,且随着模拟液中复合驱油剂含量的增加 ,对Q2 35钢腐蚀的抑制程度增强。
In this work, the corrosion behavior of steel Q235 in simulated compound oil displacement agent media was investigated with static coupon weight loss method and electrochemical method. The elements on the surface of the steel after the corrosion test were quantitatively analyzed to determine the composition of corrosion products. Results showed that each agent, i.e. HPAM, Na 2CO 3, BES and PS, in the compound oil displacement media had inhibition effect on the corrosion of steel Q235. The higher the content of the compound oil displacement agents in the media, the stronger the inhibiting effect on corrosion of the steel.
